Our Approach
Welfare-led grooming is about more than the finished appearance. It means making decisions based on what is safe, kind & realistically achievable for the cat on the day. The aim is to support their coat health while making the experience as calm as possible.
The space is a calm, cat-exclusive salon with only one household welcomed at a time. There are no barking dogs, busy waiting rooms or overlapping appointments, creating a quiet and safe environment for each cat.

Your cat’s temperament, health, coat condition, body language & previous grooming experiences are all considered when planning their groom.
Adapted In the Moment
No groom follows a rigid routine. Handling techniques, positioning, tools & the order of the groom can all be adjusted in response to your cat’s communication & tolerance.
Welfare Before Appearance
Comfort & safety always come before achieving the perfect look. The groom may be adapted, shortened, or completed over more than one appointment when that is the kindest option for your cat.
